NEVER FAILS

As a single mom of 2 children working a full time job and trying to balance life... it never fails that I always fall behind on my housework. Always. I'm either living out of laundry baskets or I have toys literally busting out of every room in my house. For some reason, I can never keep track of it all!
Honestly, I have no excuse... the girls' dad is religious about picking them up twice a week and every other weekend... so I SHOULD get the work done at that time... but who really wants to spend their free time cleaning and organizing right? Well... it caught up to me... like it always does!
Last night my best friend Tabitha came over with her daughter Mackenna. It's so awesome to have a friend like her. She always puts things into a perspective I don't think about. I hope I do the same for her but either way, I am grateful.
We ended up putting together an entire basket and bag full of toys that my kids don't even look at. Then we rearranged their rooms! They are so functional now! The clothes and shoes are where they should be and the toys are where they should be.
It's sad to say but Bree never plays in her room. All the toys were geared for babies... not my busy little 2 year old! So they always play in Emma's room. Well now my angel has toys that are focused for her! All 3 girls played in her room for a while last night. It was so cool.
Big huge thanks to Aunt Babby for coming over and lighting a fire under my incredibly unorganized rear! Love you girl!!!
