Never Fails cont'd...

Another thing that never fails is the ability to keep up with something like this :)

My last blog went through the ins and outs of having a completely unorganized house and a friend who can light a fire like no one else.

Well this blog is going to talk about how I never keep up with the darn thing!!!

Here is my life in a nutshell since last August...

The girls' Dad, Chris, and I decided to give it another go around and as of this last holiday, he proposed! I have never been so happy. When we were apart I felt like I was searching for what I'd had with him. I can still remember to this day talking with a good friend of mine, Missy... I was in the middle of court issues with Chris regarding the girls and I had a severe moment of sadness. I told her to go home and kiss her husband. Just kiss him, savor the moment of having someone to go home to, share her worries with, talk to, argue with, raise children with... and I believe she did. And for a long time, I searched and searched for someone I could share that with again... that never came about... until last August.

Chris and I didn't pick up where we left off; we picked up from where we would have been had we continued the relationship in a healthy and loving way... we are an incredible team... better than I had ever even imagined.

I honestly can't say how grateful I am to the friends I had while Chris and I were apart. That time was harder than anyone should have to go through. And now that life is finally falling into place for my little family... I can say that I have the best of friends surrounding me to continue my life with.
