Emmalynn and I have this bedtime routine every day and part of that routine is to say a prayer. Sometimes its the Lord's Prayer, sometimes its whatever comes to mind for me, it just depends on what Emma wants to pray about really. So, last night, I start to pray and she cuts me off and says that she wants to say the prayer. So of course, having a proud moment, I say "Okay Emma, go for it!"
This is what she says...
"Jesus I offer, to this day, all my thoughts in work and play. Let me be good, as good can be, kind, gentle, caring, loving be. And be with the children, and the families, and the doctors, in aaalllll of the hospitals."
It was the sweetest thing ever!
