So anyone who knows me knows that I have a very confusing family that usually requires a full out diagram to explain. Long story short. I have 2 siblings in California, Courtney and Jordan. They both came down last summer at different times and we were able to spend some good quality time together... however, this summer is different. They are coming in together!
This will be the first time in over 15 years that all of the kids and cousins are here, in Texas, together. We've lost and gained over the years. My cousin Shawn died of diabetes when he was only 21 so that will be a face missing from our photographs and a laugh missing from our game nights. He was an absolutely phenomenal person with a musical talent that so few people have. Of course we've gained in the fact that some of us have spouses now, as well as children, and new siblings were added to the mix. :)
So now the gang looks like this... Cristal (that's me), Christopher, Courtney, Jordan, Samantha, DJ, Zack, Greg, and Emma and Bree. And then there are the grown ups but who wants to talk about them :):):)
This is huge for my Nana, the one who started it all... we are so extremely excited about this and can't wait for all of us to get together.
Shout out to God for the amazing blessings and lessons that we've learned over the years and will gain and learn in years to come. We are thankful :)
